SSE Executive Education in collaboration with Decoding X
We have chosen to launch the inaugural program of Decoding X in collaboration with the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education as the school has an internationally leading position in offering innovative, modern and future-oriented leadership programs. The close link to the research and students at the school makes it the perfect platform to explore cross-boundary work, creating interaction between industry and academia. Much of Silicon Valley’s success have roots in the research conducted at organisations like Stanford University, and we see great potential in accelerating the market solutions that are initiated in the SSE environment. The alumni network of Stockholm School of Economics is one of the strongest in Europe and the focus on sharing insights from Nordic leadership is in line with our ambition.
"Never before have the challenges that leaders face been as complex as they are today. With the amount of data that is being produced, with global interdependencies and rapid technological development, the key leaders of our future industries and society need to form strategic alliances and base their long term decisions on high-quality foresight. They need access to networks of experts, technology innovators, policy makers and entrepreneurs to successfully ideate, test, implement and scale their ideas. The participants in Decoding X will be provided with tools to not only keep up with social and technological change, but to lead it."
Claudia Olsson, CEO Exponential AB and Young Global Leader World Economic Forum and Klara Adolphson, Expert and Senior Advisor in leadership, innovation and transformation
"Globalization, exponential technology development, and increased focus on sustainability are just some of the changing forces that urgently challenge today's leaders. The industry is in great need of this type of education, focusing on concrete methods for understanding the digital transformation in depth. Decoding X will be the leading Nordic platform where key leaders of today and tomorrow meet and strengthen both their leadership as well as their innovation capabilities.”
